You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for all activity on your account. Information you provide must be accurate.

cleverturtletools.com is an educational planning tool. We are not a SEBI-registered investment adviser, research analyst or distributor, and we do not recommend or sell any financial product. Projections are estimates based on your inputs and assumptions; actual results will differ. Consult a qualified professional before making investment decisions.

Core planning is free. Paid options are a one-time report export (₹499 / US$12) and a Pro annual plan (₹1,499 / US$29 per year). Current prices are shown on our pricing page. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout.

The annual plan gives access for 12 months from the date of payment. Renewal is never charged without your action or clear consent.

Payments in India (INR) are processed by Razorpay using UPI, cards, net banking and wallets. International payments (USD) are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card or bank details. Paid access is activated only after the payment provider confirms the payment.

Refunds and cancellations follow our Refund and cancellation policy.

• People who sign up through your referral link get 10% off their purchase.
• You earn a 20% commission on the net order value (after discounts, taxes and refunds) of qualifying purchases, including renewals.
• A referral is credited if the person signs up within 30 days of clicking your link.
• Payouts are made via UPI (India) or PayPal (international) on request.
• Self-referrals, fake accounts, spam or misleading promotion are not allowed. We may withhold commissions and suspend accounts involved in abuse. Bonus amounts may be changed at our discretion.

Do not misuse the service, attempt to access other users' data, reverse engineer the platform, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

The software, design and content belong to us. Your plan data belongs to you, and you may use reports you generate for personal purposes.

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for financial losses or decisions made based on projections. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
