Refund and cancellation policy

You can request a full refund within 7 days of payment if you have not yet generated or downloaded the report. Once the report has been generated, the purchase is non-refundable because the digital product has been delivered.

You can request a full refund within 7 days of your first payment. After 7 days, you can cancel anytime; you keep Pro access until the end of the paid year and will not be charged again.

Renewals can also be refunded if requested within 7 days of the renewal charge.

If you were charged twice, or money was deducted but access was not activated, we will refund the extra amount in full after verification.

Email support@cleverturtle.in from your registered email with your order ID. We confirm eligibility within 2 business days.

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method (UPI, card, net banking or wallet) within 5–7 business days. Your bank may take additional time to show the credit.

Commissions on refunded orders are reversed and not paid out.
