Privacy policy

• Account details: name, email address and login method.
• Planning data you enter: profile, income, expenses, goals, assets and scenarios.
• Payment records: order amount, status and provider reference. Card, UPI and bank details are handled directly by Razorpay or Stripe and never stored by us.
• Referral activity: clicks, sign-ups and payout details you provide (UPI ID or PayPal email).
• Basic technical data such as browser type and log information for security.

• To calculate your plan, projections and reports.
• To process payments, activate access and pay referral commissions.
• To send account, onboarding and educational emails.
• To keep the service secure and improve it.

If you use the Pro AI diagnostic, a summary of your portfolio is sent to our AI provider to generate the analysis. It is not used to sell you products.

You can turn off onboarding and educational emails anytime in Settings or via the link in any email. Essential account and payment emails will still be sent.

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers needed to run the service (hosting, payment processing, email delivery, AI analysis) or when required by law.

Data is encrypted in transit and protected by access controls so only you can see your plan. We keep your data while your account is active and delete it on request, except records we must keep for tax or legal reasons.

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable laws, you can access, correct or delete your data and withdraw consent. Email support@cleverturtle.in and we will respond within 30 days.

We use essential browser storage to keep you signed in and to remember referral links. We do not use advertising cookies.
